1. Overview
At Phakronxshiphrel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return products and request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and Swedish Consumers)
If you are a consumer (acting mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and, in Sweden, the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59). This section describes that statutory right.
Commercial return policy: Sections 3–5 below may offer additional or stricter conditions (e.g. 30 days for unopened goods). Where Swedish or EU mandatory rules give you stronger rights, those rules prevail.
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right

You may use the following template, but it is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name, address, and date."
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest, as permitted by applicable law.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, unless we have offered to collect the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear that cost.
2.4 Sealed Goods and Hygiene (Exception to Withdrawal)
For goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may cease if you break the seal after delivery, provided we informed you of this before the contract was concluded and you acknowledged it, as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding Swedish rules.
Dietary supplements supplied in sealed packaging are treated accordingly: opening or tampering with the seal may end your statutory withdrawal right where the law allows and you were clearly informed before purchase.
3. Return Conditions (Including Voluntary 30-Day Policy)
If you are in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Section 2) applies where the law allows. The conditions below describe our additional commercial return policy for unopened products and do not replace mandatory consumer rights where those rights are broader.
3.1 Eligible Returns
In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal where applicable, we may accept returns under our commercial policy if all of the following are met:
- The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (this extends our goodwill window beyond the minimum 14-day withdrawal period only where the product remains eligible under this section)
- The product is in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
If you withdraw within the statutory 14-day period under Section 2, follow the procedure in Section 2.2; return shipment rules and reimbursement follow applicable mandatory law even if they differ slightly from Steps 1–4 below.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at clients@phakronxshiphrel.world to initiate the return process. Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship the Product
Package the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the product to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to verify it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund without undue delay. For statutory withdrawals, reimbursement time limits in Section 2.3 apply. For other approved returns, we aim to complete the refund within 14 days unless a longer period is required by your payment provider.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5.2 Refund Amount
The refund will include:
- The full product price for unopened products
- Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with visible signs of handling that reduce resale value
- Products returned without original packaging
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products (Consumer Sales Law)
If you are a consumer in Sweden or the EU/EEA, non-conforming or defective goods may give you remedies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and equivalent rules, regardless of this policy. Such claims are separate from the right of withdrawal.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at clients@phakronxshiphrel.world. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
For defective or damaged products, we will:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund including shipping costs
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at clients@phakronxshiphrel.world
10. Sale Items
Products purchased at a discounted or sale price are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items. Refunds will be based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
11. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
